Originally launched in 2020 under the name “Not My Husband’s Tools” by Angela Paonessa, Forget Me Knot Woodshop began as a heartfelt endeavor to create custom handmade keepsakes for family and friends. Angela's passion for woodworking quickly evolved into designing distinctive baseball displays for local sports teams in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Each product was carefully handcrafted, ensuring that every piece was a unique masterpiece.

As the business thrived, Angela invested in advanced equipment, broadening the shop's capabilities. This expansion enabled her to establish an Etsy shop, allowing her creations to reach a larger audience. With the business prospering, Angela brought her long-time boyfriend, Michael Dunlap, on board, turning the shop into the flourishing enterprise it is today.
